Entertaining productions, excellent performances and a nail-biting race to the finish were hallmarks of the 2025 DCI season. The Boston Crusaders captured their first-ever gold medal with the energetic production "BOOM," celebrating their 85th anniversary in style. Boston also earned awards for top brass, percussion and color guard.
The Bluecoats claimed silver with their innovative production "The Observer Effect," scoring just 0.15 behind the champions in finals, and earning awards for best visual performance and general effect. Santa Clara Vanguard returned to medalist status for the first time since 2019, securing bronze with a bold and artful production titled "The aVANt GUARD."
