(November 14-16, 2024, Indianapolis, Indiana)
Competition was intense as a record 113 competing marching bands from 20 states delivered outstanding performances at the 2024 BOA Grand National Championships.
Although scoring showed four top bands were within reach of the Champion title, Avon (IN) ended with a commanding lead of nearly a full point and a
sweep of caption awards for music performance, visual performance and general effect. A mere 0.35 separated the next three bands, with a tie-breaker needed to
separate second place Carmel (IN) from third place Broken Arrow (OK), and fourth place Tarpon Springs (FL) a fraction away from a medalist position.
Marching.com presents here all 35 semi-finalist bands in order of appearance at the
2024
Bands of America Grand National Championships semi-finals.
