Enhanced production values and syndicated television coverage in recent years have helped the long-running
Nashville Christmas Parade take
a giant leap toward national prominence. In 2019, for the first time, the event drew a roster of high school and university marching bands from nine states. Artists representing a variety of music genres performed
for the telecast, and local color guard performers were featured in multiple production numbers. Pleasant weather drew a huge crowd to enjoy the parade along Nashville's "musical mile."
All marching bands from the parade are pictured here along with highlights of the balloons, floats and celebrities.
