2026 Rose Parade Lineup

137th Rose Parade on January 1 celebrates the "The Magic in Teamwork"

The 2026 Rose Parade theme is The Magic in Teamwork PASADENA, Calif. (Dec. 23, 2025) — The 2026 Pasadena Tournament of Roses Parade promises another spectacular showcase of colorful floats, world-class marching bands and majestic equestrian units, and this year's parade will be available for viewing across an expanded array of broadcast and streaming platforms, including CNN for the first time. The parade begins at 8:00 AM (Pacific) on Thursday, January 1.

This year's lineup features 18 marching bands, including entries from Mexico, Japan and U.S. states from coast to coast.

The theme, "The Magic in Teamwork," was selected by Tournament of Roses President Mark Leavens. While chosen well in advance, it took on deeper meaning following the devastating fires in the Pasadena area last January—highlighting the extraordinary teamwork of neighbors, first responders, and volunteers.

Adding to the excitement, Leavens chose Earvin "Magic" Johnson—legendary basketball champion and visionary entrepreneur—as the 2026 Grand Marshal.

Where to Watch
The Rose Parade will be broadcast on ABC, CNN, Fox, Great American Family, KTLA, NBC, Telemundo and Univision. In addition, the 2026 Parade will be streamed in its entirety on eight platforms including Christmas Plus, Dooya, FanDuel Sports Network, Fubo Sports Network, GFam+, Great American Pure Flix, Pluto TV and Samsung TV Plus.

Curbside viewing is free of charge and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Pasadena city ordinance allows curbside space along the parade route to be occupied no earlier than noon on the day before the parade. Reserved grandstand seating is available through Sharp Seating Company at 626-795-4171. Visit tournamentofroses.com for complete details.
