More than 650 theatres to present Big Loud & Live 14 on Thursday, August 10

AUGUST 1, 2017 — The exciting sounds and impressive sights of the Drum Corps International (DCI) World Championships Prelims once again march into movie theatres in the exclusive, annual event Big Loud & Live 14. This rousing competition will be broadcast LIVE from Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis to more than 650 select movie theatres on Thursday, August 10 at 6:30 PM Eastern (5:30 Central/4:30 Mountain/3:30 Pacific/2:30 Alaska/12:30 Hawaii).

DCI 2017 Big Loud Live 14 Tickets for Big Loud & Live 14 are available online at FathomEvents.com as well as presenting box offices (theatres and participants are subject to change).

Presented by Fathom Events and DCI, Big Loud & Live 14 will feature more than five hours of electrifying performances from 40 drum corps competing in the 2017 DCI World Championships. The broadcast will feature the top 15 corps performances in their entirety along with edited highlights recapping the competition from earlier in the day.

Attendance for the annual "Big, Loud & Live" program is impressive, with the 2015 event drawing more than 45,000 viewers. The event has allowed fans who are unable attend the World Championships to experience and enjoy the thrills and drama of the world's best drum corps at the climax of the season.

Drum Corps International logo Big, Loud & Live 14 will be shown in more than 650 select movie theatres. As of August 1, the list of theatres carrying the event includes 650 locations in 49 states (only Vermont is absent) and the District of Columbia.
